Registration Process

Service Usage
The customer hereby agrees that:

City Communication plays a neutral role in terms of service offering as TRAI and telecom operators own the major part of the infrastructure, which means City Communication has no guarantee regarding SMS delivery time or network availability.

The customer sends only valuable and authentic information that doesn’t involve fraud, threats, misleading content, or adult content.

The customer is bound not to send information that is against Indian laws or violates third-party rights.

To maintain dignity and patience in case the service goes down for any period that is out of City Communication's limits and not to cause disrespect to City Communication property or its employees.

If any link(s) within the City Communication website lets the user leave the website (such as a payment gateway, TRAI regulations, DLT operator website, etc.), they are not under the control of City Communication, and the user is required to read their terms of service and not blame City Communication further.

City Communication never offers a mobile database.

City Communication has the right to suspend or terminate the user’s service if the service is misused.

In case of payment failure, City Communication takes no responsibility, and the user will be advised to contact their respective bank with the reference ID.

City Communication doesn’t offer any type of refund.

The user hereby agrees to pay the full amount in advance online (Bank Transfer/Cash Deposit/Cheque), and the service will be delivered once the cheque gets cleared or money is credited to the account of Digimiles in the case of NEFT/Cash deposit.
City Communication may use your information for communication, advertising, optimization, and with the governing agencies with whom we have contractual relationships. By using our service and providing your data, you agree to us doing so per this term of privacy and applicable data protection laws.
City Communication has the right to modify the terms mentioned on this page with or without notice to users. Users are advised to visit our terms & conditions page regularly.
